But here’s my vote: That does not get to happen until we see Esposito do another interrogation in Spanish.

I mean, come on. The man is fluent (we know that from previous scenes); he was (presumably) raised speaking Spanish. And this is New York we’re talking about. You mean to tell me that there hasn’t been one single suspect who needed translation since that girl Lara in 2x15?

I’m all for Beckett being kickass and impressive, but we’ve already got a bilingual character, and he’s not even being realistically put to use. I would like to see that fixed first.
